Barry Frostick was born in Durban, South Africa in 1947, he started life as an apprentice jockey and won his first race at just 9, later owning and dealing in horses himself, horses have always been in his life.
His other passion in life is the study of the native red indians, especially before the wagon trains arrived in 1834. His vibrant images capture their way of life on the Great Plains and subsequent fight for survival. His work has previously sold in the USA and South Africa, so we are delighted to be hosting a collection of his unique work.
