I was first introduced to Diego on the sunny island of Ibiza, he is a shy “banksy” type of character, but I was immediately drawn to the bold bright energetic vibrancy of his paintings. His work is in private collections all over the island. We persuaded him to spend some time with us in the UK last summer and he was immediately entranced by the local Derbyshire countryside.
He wishes to remain private and elusive, he signs his work simply “Diego”, always in red.
